  • You take care of the full cycle recruitment of new colleagues for the Amsterdam office (mainly software developers, product team);
  • If travel restrictions allow this you will also be travelling to the new locations for recruitment and HR purposes;
  • You manage the entire recruitment process from beginning to end: you source candidates, interview them and arrange they speak with the hiring managers, a smooth and fast candidate experience is important here. After a successful match you do the job offer and conduct the negotiations;
  • You will be the go-to HR representative to employees and management with queries, suggestions and updates


  • A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business administration;
  • At least 3-5 years of experience with recruitment preferably within the start-up/tech industry;
  • Experienced in recruiting for tech roles;
  • Ready to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Self-starter, strong organizer;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English is a must.
