You take care of the full cycle recruitment of new colleagues for the Amsterdam office (mainly software developers, product team);
If travel restrictions allow this you will also be travelling to the new locations for recruitment and HR purposes;
You manage the entire recruitment process from beginning to end: you source candidates, interview them and arrange they speak with the hiring managers, a smooth and fast candidate experience is important here. After a successful match you do the job offer and conduct the negotiations;
You will be the go-to HR representative to employees and management with queries, suggestions and updates
Functie-eisen:
A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business administration;
At least 3-5 years of experience with recruitment preferably within the start-up/tech industry;
