  • Validating payroll data
  • All hiring admin actions (drafting contracts, visa applications, 30% ruling applications, background screening, onboarding etc.)
  • Administer benefits for all locations (mainly UK & US)
  • Coordinate onboarding efforts
  • Keeping records of and managing absenteeism
  • Handling the administrative follow up of mutations
  • All leaver admin actions (drafting agreements and confirmations, visa de-registrations, exit interviews, offboarding etc.)
  • Data reporting
  • Keep track of team L&D budgets
  • First point of contact for questions regarding policies, payroll, hours, sick leave, disciplinary actions, severance etc.


  • Minimally HBO, preferably in HR or similar
  • Experience in an operational HR role is required 2-5 yrs experience
  • Knowledge about payrolling, absenteeism registration, and other HR operation items.
  • Knowledge of the system in The Netherlands is a must. The ideal candidate also has experience in other countries (e.g. US, UK)
  • Immigration law (IND) / 30% ruling
  • Social security institutions (UWV)
  • Knowledge about payrolling, absenteeism registration, and other HR operation items.
  • Microsoft Office Excel
  • Dutch speaker is a must (because of contact with Dutch institutions), good English proficiency
  • Strong Excel skills
  • International experience and/or affinity
  • Ability to say 'no'
