To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Preferably an MBA or Masters degree in a relevant area
- 15+ years of meaningful practice in supply chain and operations management.
- Strong experience in collaborating and leading multifunctional teams in complex business environments and dealing with customers.
- Interpersonal skills, communicative at all levels in the organization, and ability to interact at the highest level of the organization.
- Meaningful experience and a consistent track record proving an analytical and strategic mindset
- Fostering teamwork and you are able to build collaborative relationships through your interpersonal skills (focus on customer orientation)
- Passion for and knowledge of new technologies like Machine Based Learning, Deep Learning, Artificial Intelligence
